Why do we like it?
Because this Châtelaine Rouge intoxicates us with pleasure. When marrying off a Cabernet-Franc with a Galotta, it gives a dark, intense and voluptuous robe and scents coated in blackcurrant and chocolate, heightened by notes of toasted vanilla. On the palate, it is a get-together with chocolate, accompanied by warm spices and silky tannins.
