Why do we like it?
Because Zinfandel, with its purple and violet colour, fully expresses its Christmas goodwill. Vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and dark fruits all jostle for centre stage in this colourful show! Already charming, it can be left and forgotten about for a guilt-free 3 or 4 years. It pairs divinely with sweet and sour dishes as well as spicy ones!
