Why do we like it?
Because it is a wine full of exotic, floral flavours with a dominance of grapefruit. On the palate, our Aligoté is rich with the freshness of citrus fruit and a lemony touch, and even a salty finish. It is the ideal companion to freshwater fish, warm cheeses or fresh mushrooms.

Because it’s a Grenache far from its homelands, and with its adoptive Genevan parents, it reveals a wine bursting with summery pleasures. Along with playful grills and crazy salads, it’ll transport you to heaven... Here, it offers us aromas of cherry and garrigue, which will make you fall head over heels for this crisp wine.

This “new” Swiss varietal, the brother of the Gamaret, gives us a real hit of spices such as anise and pepper, with notes of overripe plum. It’s hot and round on the palate, with silky and balanced tannins. An ideal mate for roast meats or Italian dishes.

Because it is a wine bursting with aromatic freshness, and offers floral notes of hawthorn and honey. Because it is round and rich with a bitter almond finish, it pairs perfectly with river fish or a spicy appetiser.
